To whom it may concern:
 
I am writing in response to an article in the Lake Havasu City Today's News Herald stating the medical board is suspending Dr. Saiz from medical surgery. I would like to testify in his beúhalf. For many years I had been suffering pain below my right ribs and had seen many Doctors in many places. Their diagnosis: a sluggish gallbladder.
 
In November 2001 I went to see Dr. Saiz and he suggested a hyda scan and an ultra sound. They showed sludge blocking the bile duct. After consultation we agreed that the gallbladder should be removed. He did so and I feel better after all these years of pain.
 
In my opinion Dr. Saiz is an excellent surgeon. He is saving lives here in this town. Lake Havasu City needs him to continúue doing surgery and being the caring Dr. that he is. Thank you for consideration in Dr. Saiz behalf.
