Dear Madame Governor,

I am writing a letter in behalf of A. Abedon Saiz, MD. He is an
extraordinary physician and a man who cares about the quality of life of
his patients. I wish to join in the tremendous number of letters and
petitions sent for this wonderful surgeon. Western Arizona needs
desperately his skills and it is an outrage not to allow his services to be
utilized.

The medical of profession of Arizona will be irrevocably ruined if our
dedicated physicians are allowed to become targets of unfair practices and
which can interfere with a physicians right of due process. I am
requesting that you as Governor insure that this does not continue, in so
doing it will guarantee protection of the future of the public's health.
