Dear Dr. Saiz:

I would like you to know that the staff of Mediterranean Mental Health have
been very upset with the developments in regard to the restrictions of your
license from the Board of Medical Examiners.

Many of my patients come to me and express their sorrow in regard to this
development, especially since you have helped many of them with their
surgical needs.

Together with the Lake Havasu City Community I am hoping that this matter
can be resolved quickly so that you can once again be performing surgery on
so many patients that truly need it.

I hope that you will continue to practice with the same vigor and
confidence that you have had previously and that you won't allow this
temporary set-back to rob you of the dedication to the field that you have
demonstrated until now.
