Dear Sir, Over six years ago I suffered a small stroke.. I learned that
my Carotid arteries on both sides were only passing minimal amounts of
blood.. Dr. Saiz operated to remove the blockages .. I am now in good
health and have regained my Pilots license and enjoying life to the
fullest.. I will be 76 Years of age in less than a month and owe this to
