I am writing in response to an article I read in the Wednesday edition of the Today's New-Herald.
 
The article stated that Dr. Abe Saiz' medical license is being restricted to minor surgery pending an administrative hearing.    
 
This news both shocked and saddened me. My experience with Dr. Saiz is one of great respect and gratitude.

Numerous physicians had diagnosed my condition as "severe vascular disease". After many tests, I underwent aortic bi-femoral bypass surgery with Dr. Saiz as my surgeon. The outcome of this surgery was better than I would have believed possible. I owe my life to Dr. Saiz.
 
Since vascular disease is progressive, I'll probably require additional surgeries in the future. I can only hope and pray that Dr. Saiz will be available to perform them. I have complete confidence in his skill as a physician and surgeon.
 
Dr. Saiz is a gifted and dedicated physician and surgeon, and an extremely compassionate man. We are very fortunate to have him in Lake Havasu City and, I hope that after all of this is finally settled, he'll still want to remain here with us. We need him. He's wonderful!
