Dear Governor Hull:
 
I am enclosing a copy of a letter I sent today to the Arizona Medical Board. It is my understanding that these Board members are appointed by the Governor.
 
Our community, our hospital and this fine surgeon must not suffer any longer from this travesty. We need the Board to act without further delay to come to a resolution that indeed "protects the public's health". Thank you.
