To whom it may concern.

Doctor Saiz operated on my carotid artery last December removing the, over 90 per cent, blockage. I was entirely pleased with the out come of the surgery as well as the pre and post operation consultations.
 
In my estimation, if our community were to permanently lose the services of Doctor Saiz it would certainly be a monumental loss.
